There are many ways individuals, families, organizations and businesses can support wildlife conservation programs at the El Paso Zoo. One of the easiest ways to get involved is to visit the zoo. Entrance fees support a wide variety of programs and when you arrive you can learn more about conservation efforts and how you and your family can get involved, how to become a volunteer and the many benefits of membership with theEl Paso Zoological Society.

Be sure to think about the Zoo when you are ready to recycle your cell phones, cell phone accessories, IPods and MP3 players, handheld game systems, GPS handheld units, laptops, e-readers and portable hard drives. These items can be dropped off at the El Paso Water Utilities Discovery Education Center near the Zoo Front Gate. Enter from the Passport Cafe side and look for the recycle box in the Internet Cafe. If you are not planning to enter the Zoo, ask a Security Officer to contact a member of the Education Team to receive your item. Funds received from recycling these electronic items support zoo conservation projects.
