Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of El Paso with the County Commissioners Court will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. at the El Paso County Court House, 500 East San Antonio Street, County Judges Conference Room, Suite 301, El Paso, TX  79901

AGENDA

1.      Open Meeting.

2.      Discussion and action on all shared services between the City of El Paso and the County of El Paso.

A.     IT functions

B.      Law Enforcement

C.     Parks & Recreation

D.     Others

3.      Discussion and action on joint use of all properties owned by the City of El Paso and the County of El Paso.

4.      Discussion and action on possible joint collaboration between County of El Paso and City of El Paso to implement a revitalization plan for the Mission Trail.

5.      Adjourn.

The City Council of the City of El Paso may retire into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to Section 3.5A of the El Paso City Charter and the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, to discuss any of the following:  (The items listed below are matters of the sort routinely discussed in Executive Session, but the City Council of the City of El Paso may move to Executive Session any of the items on this agenda, consistent with the terms of the Open Meetings Act and the Rules of City Council.)  The City Council will return to open session to take any final action and may also, at any time during the meeting, bring forward any of the following items for public discussion, as appropriate.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: This special meeting of the City Council has been posted in conformity with the Texas Open Meetings Act, to allow for presentations/deliberations among a majority of the members of the City Council, should a majority of the entire membership of the City Council choose to attend the meeting of the Neighborhood Summit and participate in the discussions.  Council member attendance at this special City Council meeting is not required by the City Charter.
