FAQs

What is the amnesty program?
The Amnesty Program aords people the opportunity to pay delinquent tickets while taking advantage of a savings. During the 2 week period, the $50 warrant fee and 30% collection fee on all warrants will be waived as well as delinquency and collection fees on parking citations.
* NOTE: All warrants will remain active until paid in full.

When is amnesty being held?
Amnesty will run from Monday, February 24 through Saturday, March 7. All bond locations will be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday (Downtown location 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). All locations will be open Saturday, February 29 and March 7, 2020 from 8 a.m. to Noon.

If I come to court to pay, will I be arrested?
It is not the City’s policy to arrest people who visit the courthouse to inquire about delinquent cases. Everyone is encouraged to come in voluntarily to resolve their cases.
