Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Council considers the death of the U.S. Border Patrol K-9 Agent Bulder (“K-9 Agent Bulder”) in the line of duty an event of historical and community significance, and that the City Council of El Paso grants a waiver of the requirements of the Park Naming/Changing Guidelines and approves the naming of the dog splash park located at the Pavo Real Park as the K-9 Bulder Memorial Dog Splash Park.
