Discussion and action that the City Manager be authorized to sign a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement by and between CITY OF EL PASO (“City”) and 2021 BASSETT, LLC, a domestic limited liability company (“Applicant”) in support of a Infill Development project located at 2021 Bassett Avenue, El Paso, Texas, 79901.  The project includes the rehabilitation of an existing facility to provide workshop space for craftspeople and artists and a gallery and performance space.  The City shall provide economic incentives in the form of an incremental property tax rebate; Construction Materials Sales Tax Rebate; and a Building Construction Fee Rebate.
