Discussion and action on the award of Solicitation 2019-068 Bartlett Park Landscape Improvements to BLACK STALLION CONTRACTORS INC. for an estimated total award of $634,857.90. The project will provide significant landscape and recreational improvements to the existing amenities on Bartlett Park. Discussion and action on the award of Solicitation No. 2018-836 Montana RTS Improvements to VENEGAS ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. for a total estimated award of $19,583,784.49. This work consists of the construction of the Rapid Transit infrastructure for the Montana Corridor from Copia St. to Tierra Este Rd. The scope of this project will include construction of 24 complete rapid transit stations and station amenities approximately 250 ft. to each side of the stations.
